Iron Mountain Group (IMG) provides training, education, and related services. All students are solely responsible for complying with federal, state, and local laws, including any licensing or permitting requirements. Completion of a course does not guarantee approval for any concealed carry permit or firearms licensing.

Training content and recommendations are for educational purposes only and should not be considered legal advice. Students must use sound judgment, practice safe handling, and follow all applicable laws and range rules at all times.

IMG reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who displays unsafe behavior, violates range rules, or fails to comply with the instructor directives. Removal from a course for safety reasons does not qualify for a refund.

Returns & Exchanges (Tangible Goods and Special Orders)

Standard Retail Products

Returns for standard, non-customized merchandise are accepted within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Ammunition
• Firearm-related consumables (cleaning supplies, lubricants, etc.)
• Any product showing signs of wear, use, or alteration (to include the packaging).

Special Orders & Custom Items

All special orders, custom made orders, or customized goods are final sale and non-refundable. This includes:

• Custom apparel
• Personalized gear
• Pre-ordered specialty equipment
• Products ordered specifically at the customer's request

If a special-order item arrives damaged or defective, IMG will work with the manufacturer to support warranty claims when applicable.

Course Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds for Training Services

Student Cancellations

Because course slots are limited and require reserved range time, instructor scheduling, and materials, the following policies apply:

• 48 Hours Before Class Starts: Students may reschedule to another available course date at no charge OR cancel tuition to the course and request a refund minus a 30% administrative fee.
• 24 Hours or Less / No-Show: Tuition for the course is forfeited and no refund or reschedule is available.

Late Arrivals

Students who arrive more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted into the originally scheduled course. This is due to safety briefings and course structure. This is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Instructor or Company Cancellations

If IMG must cancel or reschedule a course due to weather, range conditions, safety issues, or unforeseen instructor circumstances:

• Students may choose a full refund OR transfer the tuition to another available course date.
• IMG is not responsible for travel costs, accommodations, or lost wages.

Safety & Compliance Requirements

All students must:

• Be legally able to possess firearms under federal, state and applicable local laws
• Follow all instructor and staff commands and safety procedures
• Wear appropriate attire and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Sign all required waivers before participating

IMG reserves the right to remove any student who poses and safety risk to themselves or others. No refund will be issued for removal due to unsafe conduct.
